1. Basic facts

A. Ground for the sale of the apartment of this case 1) Defendant S Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “S”).

1) The construction of Shee Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shee Construction”)

2) The apartment building of 251 household units on the ground of the land outside the 7th place of the Yang-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Yang-gun, Gangwon-do (hereinafter “instant apartment building”) shall be the construction project.

(2) Defendant S entered into a management-type land trust agreement with Korea Asset Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Asset Trust”) on the instant apartment site, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Korea Asset Trust with respect to the instant apartment site.

3) Around August 15, 2010, Defendant S shall hold a public hearing for the instant apartment sales project at the Yang-gu Han River Complex (hereinafter “instant public hearing”).
