[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who suffers from a disease in the ordinary part of the grade.

The Defendant concealed the fact that there was such a king, and attempted to obtain insurance money from an insurance company by using a false certificate of disability after obtaining a certificate of disability from the insurance company, as it was caused by an accident.

On April 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) issued a medical certificate of a serious disability (e.g., the escape certificate of conical signboards, No. 6/7 trends) in the name of the doctor through the Insurance Fraud J from the I located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the insurance fraud hub, although he was unable to get off the vehicle and immediately drive the vehicle; and (b) issued the medical certificate of a serious disability (e.g., the escape certificate of conical signboards, No. 6/7 trends) to the victim; and (c) accordingly, filed a claim for compensation for disability with the victim insurance company.

The Defendant received KRW 6,00,000 from the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. on April 30, 2012 for the benefit of disability insurance, and acquired KRW 800,000 from the victim Dong Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. on May 2, 2012 for the benefit of disability insurance.

2. Defendant B is a person who suffers from a disease in the ordinary part of the grade.

The Defendant concealed the fact that there was such a king, and attempted to obtain insurance money from an insurance company by using a false certificate of disability after obtaining a certificate of disability from the insurance company, as it was caused by an accident.

On July 2013, the Defendant received hospital treatment with a false view to the fact that the Defendant had a pain in the middle of 2013, and had a bicycle riding, despite having no fact that he had a bicycle riding, and had a view to getting a bicycle riding. On December 27, 2013, the Defendant received a false disability diagnosis certificate (profecing escape certificate, between 5/6 and 5/6) from the said K through the said J, and then received a false disability diagnosis certificate (profecing escape certificate, between the victim’s insurance company and the victim’s insurance company). In addition, the Defendant claimed compensation for disability after the victim’s insurance company.
