1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 19, 201, the Plaintiffs and the Defendants (the Defendant’s Intervenor participated in the instant lawsuit, and the Defendants withdrawn from the instant lawsuit) entered into a sales contract with Nonparty K on July 19, 201 as to the size of 240,298 square meters of the Plaintiff’s H, I, and J, and agreed on the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the portion of 4,707 square meters of the Plaintiff’s 4,707 square meters of the store line’s 4,707 square meters of the store line’s 701/4,707 square meters of the store line’s 4,707 square meters and the lower part was owned jointly by the Plaintiffs, and the lower part was owned jointly by the Defendants. The Plaintiffs agreed on the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the share of 1,652/4,707 square meters and Defendant D’s 1,653/4,707 square meters of the store.

원고들은 2011. 11. 14. 피고들과 사이에 이 사건 제1합의에 관하여 경기 양평군 L 임야 240,298㎡ 중 별지 도면 3 표시 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 2의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 ㈏ 부분 1,402㎡[이하 ‘이 사건 ㈏ 토지’라고 한다]는 원고들의 공유로, 별지 도면 3 표시 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 1의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 ㈎ 부분 3,305㎡[이하 ‘이 사건 ㈎ 토지’라고 한다]는 피고들의 공유로 구분소유하되, 별지 도면 3 표시 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 4,707㎡에 관하여 원고들이 각 701/4,707 지분, 피고 C가 1,652/4,707 지분, 피고 D이 1,653/4,707 지분에 관하여 각 소유권이전등기를 마치기로 변경 합의를 하였다
