Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2014, the Defendant entered into a contract on an application for a heavy loan of KRW 10,000 from KB Capital Co., Ltd. for a loan of KRW 10,000 from the KB Capital Co., Ltd. with respect to the amount of a loan of KRW 10,00,00, and completed the mortgage establishment of KRW 5,000 as KB Capital Co., Ltd. on the fourth day of the same month.

Since April 21, 2015, the Defendant was unable to repay the loan from around July 28, 2016, and the Defendant, at around October 7, 2016, received the claim from KB Capital Loan Co., Ltd., a complainant, and intended to recover the claim from KB Capital Co., Ltd. in order to request the auction of the said vehicle on or around October 7, 2016, the Defendant provided the foregoing vehicle with a loan of 2 million won to the bonds company, offering it as security, and making it unclear the location of the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant, who was the object of another person's right, concealed the DG car volume, which is the owner of another person's right, and obstructed another person's exercise of rights.
