1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff each real estate listed in the annexed list of paragraphs (1) through (3). 2. The defendant shall bear the costs of lawsuit.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. (1) Around May 2017, the Plaintiff purchased the parts of the building (a) and the housing units of (c) and (e) parts of the building on board, which are unregistered and unauthorized buildings, from among the sub-buildings Nos. 1 and 2 attached Table Nos. 1 and 2 from C, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 18, 2017, with respect to the above land and the parts of the building on board (a). Around that time, the Plaintiff was transferred the possession of the housing units of the above (c) and (e) parts.

From June 2012 to July 2014, the Plaintiff constructed the partial sperm (D) in the attached Table 2, among the buildings in the attached Table 2, from March 2018, and from March 2018 to April 2018, the Plaintiff extended the house (f) in the part of the house (A) in the ship.

(2) On July 2014, the Plaintiff purchased unregistered and unauthorized buildings on the land in the annexed Table 2 Nos. 1, 2 (i), (j), and (k) from D and acquired possession thereof, and installed containers on the (i) part of the ship thereafter, and saved the part of (k) on the ship into housing.

The Plaintiff purchased from E on January 2015 and around March 2015, 2015, the instant sub-land Nos. 1 and the instant sub-land Nos. 2, the unregistered and unauthorized building No. 2, and the instant sub-ship (f), the toilet (g), the housing on board, and the housing on (h) on board, and acquired possession.

(3) On October 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the land in the 1st unit sub-ship listed in the table Nos. 3 of the attached Table No. 1 from G by F’s agent; (b) purchased the part of the land in the instant sub-ship (c) once more than two times; (b) installed containers on the 2nd sub-ship (c) section; (c) installed containers on the 2nd sub-ship (v) around September 2018; and (d) installed containers on the part (a) installed containers on the 4nd ship and extended (b) parts on the ship around February 2019.

(4) The Defendant occupied and used the land and buildings listed in the separate sheet without excluding the Plaintiff’s occupation.
