A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2017, at around 00:40, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a police box located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan-si B, and was forced from the police officer. However, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance for about 40 minutes, such as her police officer D, who was affiliated with the above police box, with the police officer “I am about how much he received money, and she was drinking, and she was drinking.”

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, had a very rough and disorderly speech and behavior in a public office.
