Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On October 21, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was under the influence of alcohol of 0.175% on blood alcohol concentration around 22:00, and the front road of the Glim apartment apartment located in the two west-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan City was under the speed of the U.S. at the speed of the two lanes between the two lanes in the direction of the blind distance from the Sungsung Elementary School.

B. Around 22:00 on February 21, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a distance of approximately KRW 500 meters from the VIP driving range road near the Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of at least 0.175%.
