On August 31, 2011, at around 06:05, the Defendant driven B Poter Cargo Vehicles with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration 0.052% under the influence of alcohol from the front road of the Jeju-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong 1120-10.
