A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall pay 7 million won to the applicant by fraud.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2018년 2월 중순경 인터넷을 통해 아르바이트를 알아보던 중 ‘ 환전 보조 역할 구함. 고수익 일당 20~50 만 원’ 이라는 게시 글을 보고 연락하여, 성명 불상의 전화금융 사기( 일명 ‘ 보이스 피 싱’) 조직원( 일명 ‘D’, ‘E’, ‘F’, ‘G' )으로부터 스마트 폰 어 플 ‘ 위 챗’ 을 통해 지시하는 대로 금융감독원 직원을 사칭하면서 피해자들을 만 나 돈을 수금하여 지정하는 계좌로 송금하는 일을 하면 일당을 주겠다는 제의를 받고 이를 승낙하였다.

1. On March 19, 2017, the Defendant forged official document: (a) received an order from an employee of the Singing Agency (hereinafter “G”) to create and use documents to commit the singishing crime; (b) the IPC room located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government sent from “G” to the e-mail (J) of the Defendant’s name; (c) downloaded the file of the “civil complaint tracking a financial criminal account” in the name of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission, who was sent from “G” to the e-mail (J) and printed out six copies using the computer.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged six copies of “civil petitions tracking financial accounts” under the name of the Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, a public document, for the purpose of uttering.

2. Fraudulent, attempted fraud, and uttering of forged public documents;

A. A. On March 20, 2018, at around 11:00 on March 20, 2018, a police officer misrepresenting the victim C by calls to the victim C, and “the passbook in the four names was stolen, thereby resulting in fraud.”

Once it is confirmed that four are related, it shall be detained.

At present, there was a false statement that the money held in the passbook should be confirmed as being related to the said case, and all of the cash should be found to be investigated into the employees of the Financial Supervisory Service.

The Defendant, at around 16:30 March 20, 2018, under the direction of "D", committed a financial crime in front of the building in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and under the name of the Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission, forged to the victim, as described in paragraph 1.
