Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

In December 2017, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer without justifiable grounds, even though he purchased B rocketing car from the person who was unaware of his name at a 1 million won or less from the person who was unaware of his name.

2. On December 5, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a B rocketing car from the upstream to the roads before Seopopo City, without obtaining a driver’s license on December 21, 2018.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On December 5, 2018, at around 21:30 on December 5, 2018, the Defendant driven a rocketing car and continued the front road C from the south Library to the seat of the D Middle School.

At the time, there are many vehicles parked on the road, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering direction and operating the steering system while reducing the speed as a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle and driving the motor vehicle on the road.
