A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving freight vehicles B.

2. On May 3, 2010, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) shall issue a summary order of 2.5 million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court.
