B is the owner of the building “Ycheon-si E” (hereinafter “the building of this case”), and Defendant A as the husband of the Defendant B, the Defendants leased the building of this case to F and G, which operates commercial sex acts establishments, with the intention of receiving the security deposit, monthly rent, etc.

On April 28, 2014, the Defendants concluded a lease agreement with F, etc. on the said 20 million won (a lease deposit, KRW 50 million, KRW 5770 million, monthly rent, KRW 300,000,000) with the said 3th floor, knowing that the said F, etc. was engaged in the business of arranging sexual traffic in the instant building, and concluded an additional lease agreement on the 4th floor of the said building on June 1, 2014, the Defendants had the said F, G, from May 1, 2014 to March 23, 2015 to receive KRW 130,00,000 as a monthly rent for the 2,33, and 4th floor.

As a result, the Defendants provided buildings with awareness of the fact that they are provided for sexual traffic in collusion with F and G, etc., and provided commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
