7. 26. It is referred to as "the land of 11,808 square meters or less" in the Gyeonggi-do Forest GY-gun, Gyeonggi-do.

9. 30. It is stated that L, the address of which is in the Kancheon-gun of Chungcheongbuk-do, is the owner;

(b) The land cadastre and the forest land cadastre for the above-mentioned land and the land divided therefrom shall be as follows:

1) The land in the first instance was the instant land following the reorganization of administrative district and the conversion of the area. On August 15, 1961, the owner’s land cadastre, which appears to have been drafted around August 15, 1961, stated N in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M, which was divided from the land in the second instance, as to the 16th square meters (the instant 2th land) and P road 29 square meters (the instant 3rd land), the land was restored on November 9, 1975, and was written as the owner’s land cadastre was converted to the owner’s column.

3) 3사정 토지에서 분할된 Q 도로 6무(畝 에 관하여 1966. 9. 1. 임야대장이 복구되었는데 소유자란에 L이 사정받은 것으로 기재되어 있고, 이후 면적단위가 환산되고 등록전환되어 2016. 7. 15. 이 사건 4토지에 관한 토지대장이 작성되었다.

C. Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of initial ownership of each of the instant land as follows.

The receipt date of the land court shall be 1 land Suwon District Court, Sungwon District Court, Sung-nam Branch of the Sung-nam District Court on August 16, 1990, 22468 2, 3 land Suwon District Court, 4 land No. 3445 on March 10, 1987.
