1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Determination as to the cause of claim
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) On May 16, 1995, the Plaintiff’s assertion 1) from I on the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si (hereinafter “Plaintiff-owned land”).

The Defendants, the heir of L network, are obligated to complete the registration of ownership transfer as to the instant land.
B. On the premise that the owner of the instant land is the deceased L, the Plaintiff filed an application for ownership transfer registration procedure against the Defendants, who are their inheritors, based on the completion of prescriptive acquisition. As such, the Plaintiff examined whether the deceased L was the owner of the instant land.
According to the fact-finding conducted on September 2, 2015 by this Court, the Office of the Speaker of the Speaker of the Speaker of the Speaker's Headquarters may recognize the fact that the N's resident registration number recorded as the owner of the land of this case on the land cadastre was "O", the name of the person registered as the above resident registration number was "L", the last address was "Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu P Apartment 5-101", and the legal domicile was confirmed as "Y of Busan Busan High-gu Q."
