1. Basic facts

B. From May 2012, the Plaintiff supplied B with paint products, such as paint, and B traded with B by way of paying the price of the goods to the Plaintiff one and two months after the date of receipt of the goods.

2. The parties' assertion

A. The Defendant asserted that the Plaintiff signed the instant order and jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant’s obligation to pay for the goods to the Plaintiff. At the time, the Defendant, as indicated in the instant order, provided a comprehensive collateral guarantee for the Defendant’s obligation to pay for the goods arising from continuous transactions between the Plaintiff and B, not only KRW 14,356,540, and the outstanding amount, but also KRW 14,356,540.

Therefore, the Defendant’s total amount of goods unpaid to the Plaintiff = KRW 35,246,794 = 14,356,540 as of the time the instant order was prepared, and KRW 460,886,074 as of the price for goods supplied by the Plaintiff after the completion of the instant order - the price for goods supplied by the Plaintiff.
