A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Height 107] The Defendant: (a) carried a brick gate to be used for committing an offense in a vinyl wing box with money and valuables from a taxi engineer; (b) carried 10:20 on October 4, 2015, the Defendant: (c) stated that the victim C will take a seat of 20,000 won of a taxi driving on the bend of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, 20, and go off to a bus terminal; (d) 3,80,000 won of the fee; (c) went into a bus terminal at around 04:20 on the same day; (d) 3:0,000 won of the fee; and (d) made the victim take a seat around 5; and (e) made the victim take a 8-day face of the taxi, she could not take the face of the victim into consideration; and (e) made the victim pay the 1-day face of the 5-day taxi without taking the victim’s face into consideration the victim’s wall.

[20] On September 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 19:46, Ulsannam-gu, Busan-ro, 288, moved from the taxi platform to Incheon to a taxi operated by the victim F; (b) had the victim take money and valuables from the victim while returning the vehicle from the mid-to long-sea bus 288, the Defendant stopped on September 19, 2015; (c) had the victim take away money and valuables from the passenger; and (d) had the H located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and stopped on the front of the vehicle; and (d) had the victim stop on the left hand of the metal material that the Defendant had usual, and had it on the right side of the victim, and had the victim face with face-to-face or threat the victim.
