A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and one year of suspended execution on August 13, 2013 by the District Court of the Republic of Korea on August 13, 2013 as a person engaged in operating a RR interview loan car owned by Q, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on August 21, 2013, and is currently under suspended execution.

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act;

A. On August 14, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at around 13:47, and was driving in front of the cultural death distance in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dobong-gu, Seoul, along with three-lanes from the side of Dobong-gu Office to the two-lanes of the three-lanes, and was bypassing to the Chang-dong Underground Road.

B. At around 14:02 on the same day, the Defendant, as seen above, escaped from a traffic accident and proceeded one-lane between the Changwon and the front of the Cheongwon-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, at the end of the Cheongwon-gu.

A person engaged in the driving of a motor vehicle shall live well on the front side and the left side, maintain the safety distance with the motor vehicle ahead, accurately operate the steering gear and the brakes, and adjust the speed in advance.
