Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a dan with the trade name of “C” in Suwon-gu, Busan.

On June 2, 2014, the Defendant decided to pay 25,000 won per hour to Domins, E, and F, which are Domins, at 20:30 on June 2, 2014, and had the above Domins pay 25,00 won per hour to Domins, according to drinking against three male customers on their name and by singing or dancing.

As a result, the Defendant, at a place where food service business is operated for profit, assisted other persons to provide entertainment to customers by drinking alcoholic beverages with customers, singing or dancing.
