Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the head of the relevant forest office, etc. according to the classification of the types, areas, etc. of the mountainous district.

However, from September 8, 2015 to September 9 of the same month, the Defendant opened a farm road using an excavated machine in Cheongdo-si B forest land without permission for diversion of mountainous district, thereby diverting a mountainous district equivalent to 1,644 square meters.
