A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Seed Industry Act;

A. A person who intends to operate a seeds business without registration shall obtain registration from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu with the facilities prescribed by Presidential Decree, but the Defendant, without registering his/her seed business, purchased at least 15 kinds of blue Blue plant varieties (at least 260 weeks, Liber 145 weeks, Liber 170 weeks, Liber 20 weeks, Liber 330 weeks, Dalue 50 weeks, Austria 50 weeks, and Austria 25,000, total of 25,000, 200, 200, 200, 200, 20, 10, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 30, 20, 30, 30, 20, 30, 30, 20, 30, 30.

(b) A person who intends to produce or import and sell seeds of a plant variety, other than the seeds of the plant variety, the application for activities, such as importation of the seeds of which is disclosed, shall report thereon to the Minister of Food and Agriculture for Food, Agriculture and Forestry along with samples of the relevant seed, and shall not produce or import and sell the seeds of the plant variety or make a false report thereon

Nevertheless, on March 2, 201, without reporting to the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, the Defendant imported at least 15 blue varieties, such as blue blue, purchased in the United States, and imported four blue varieties, such as Blue Slue, in the same manner as on December 2, 201 of the same year, and reproduced them in large quantities in the manner of inserting them. On January 2, 2012, the Defendant sold F the total sum of 1,10 blue Clue varieties to F, such as Drti, Liber, Blue, A, A, A, A, A, and Clue Clue C, which were the date prior to the publication of the application of the above variety, by March 14, 2012.

2. The Korea Plant Variety Protection Association shall be the victims of the violation of the New Plant Variety Protection Act;
