The defendant is a person who drives a vehicle B with low engine.

On October 3, 2016, at around 03:43, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 100 meters away from the Maduk-dong in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the front direction of the Samduk Fire Safety Center located in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.074 percent of alcohol content.
