A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 19, 2013, at around 19:35, the Defendant started from the parking lot for a specialized dong driving school located in the Seoyang-dong 303-1, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and operated a vehicle with approximately 35 km in the shape of alcohol 0.185% alcohol concentration of the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol to the southyang-si, Namyang-si, the South-do, South-do, South-do, South-do, the upper part of which is located in 342.

2. Around 19:40 on May 19, 2013, the Defendant driven the said low-speed car while under the influence of alcohol, as set forth in paragraph 1, and driven the road of three-lanes in front of the large-scale gas station located in the 2-13-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, along the two-lanes towards the long-distance distance for children of the Dong-dong Park in the Gu.

At the time, since there was a motor vehicle front of the right side of the front, there was a duty of care to see the front side and the left side of the motor vehicle to the person engaged in driving, and to change the car line according to the road situation.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in changing the line to the left-hand side of the Defendant’s vehicle due to the negligence of changing the line to the left-hand side, and was driven by the victim D(the age of 47) who was driving in front of the Defendant’s vehicle, and the repair cost was 280,000 won in front of the Defendant’s vehicle driving.

After the accident described in paragraph (2) occurred, the Defendant continued to drive the said low-speed car while under the influence of alcohol as above, and escaped to the old-speed distance located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at about 40km in the speed of the city around the Seoyang-dong Pung-dong site where the said accident occurred, and moved to the Gojin-gu Police Station from about 390 meters away from the place where the said accident occurred.

At the time, there is a night and a place where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, so the driver of the motor vehicle is thoroughly engaged in driving the motor vehicle, and the driver of the motor vehicle shall thoroughly see the front and keep the following lines.
