A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On the same day as described in paragraph 1 above, the Defendant, using synthetic marijuana, was in the Defendant’s residence of 116 Doo 704, Seoul, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by inserting the amount of synthetic marijuana in tobacco as above, and then was used in a manner of spreading the smoke by attaching it to the tobacco.

3. 필로폰 매수 피고인은 2015. 6. 16. 경 E에게 필로폰을 구해 달라는 부탁과 함께 E이 알려준 G 명의의 시티은행 계좌 (H) 로 300만 원을 송금한 후 2015. 7. 10. 경 서울 강남구 I 역 부근 노상에서 E이 중국에 체류 중인 J( 위 챗 ID ‘K’ 사용자 )로부터 매수한 필로폰 약 3g 을 E으로부터 건네받음으로써 필로폰을 매수하였다.

4. On the same day as indicated in paragraph (3) above, the Defendant administered a philophone dose purchased from E in the Defendant’s residence by hanging it into beer.
