When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2016, the Defendant driven BFD vehicles from the 2km section of approximately 2km to the front of the Suwon-si, Young-si, Young-si, Sinwon-si, Sinwon-si, with alcohol content of 0.122% in alcohol while under the influence of alcohol during blood at around 22:17.
