Punishment of the crime

1. On April 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:25, around 31, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, and 103 underground parking lots owned by the victim D, who was parked in the 103 underground parking lots of the 103-dong-gu, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul; (b) opened a driver’s seat by inserting the end of the day prepared in advance to the above car driver’s seat straw, and attempted to steal money and valuables into the car, but did not have any intent to steals money and valuables, and did not have any attempted money and valuables.

On May 1, 2016, at around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door with the Victim C’s low-speed car parked in the Seoul Northern-gu F street; and (b) stolen the Victim’s property by putting one cell phone with the victim’s market value of KRW 150,000,000 and one point with the market value of KRW 1,50,000,000.

The Defendant, at around 02:00 on April 20, 2016, opened and enters the victim H’s IF driver’s seat correction devices for the IF car with a view to an apartment located in the said parking lot, located in the area of 31, Nam-gu, Gwangju, Nam-gu, Gwangju, by taking advantage of the bags possessed in the said parking lot.

In addition, from the time to the end of the 29th day of the same month, the victim's 2,00 won owned by the Si Bobrid receipt book had a total of 48,500 won, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victims.
