When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

At around 16:03 on September 1, 2014, the Defendant confirmed that there is a person in a book in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and also viewed that he was a person in a book, and made a self-defense, and made a public performance with obscene act.
