Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On October 17, 2016, around 04:58 around 04:58, the Defendant proceeded at a speed of about 81 km in the direction of the direction of the direction of the passage along which the three-lane road in the direction of the Hannam-gu.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim by occupational negligence at G Hospital around 05:35 on the same day due to damage to the chest caused by traffic accidents.
