Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C are residents who reside in Da 706 Dong-gu, Seoyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

On April 22, 2017, around 20:15, the Defendant found the above 706 Dong 1204 residing by the victim C, and opened a door to check whether he/she was a strong baby in his/her house and infringed upon the victim’s residence without the consent of the main victim.
