Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. In 2014, the Defendant acquired one resident registration certificate that was lost by the victim B at the center of Ansan-dong-si on the date of his/her possession.

The defendant did not take necessary procedures such as returning the resident registration certificate that he acquired to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the Defendant embezzled the resident registration certificate that has left the possession of the victim.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On June 10, 2015, at around 14:51, the Defendant operated a 110c c calba owned by the Defendant without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license on a section of about 4 km from the 220-ro, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Seongbuk-gun, to the middle chill road of the same Eup to the middle cular road of the same Eup.

B. On July 8, 2015, at around 19:17, the Defendant operated a motor bicycle driver’s license in approximately 1 km section, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license, from around 1 1km section to the front road in front of the same Eup/Myeon road located in the 220-ro, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-do.

3. Violation of the Resident Registration Act.

A. On June 10, 2015, around 14:51, the Defendant presented the resident registration certificate of B obtained as described in paragraph (1) and used the above B’s resident registration number unlawfully by having a police officer issue a notice of payment of traffic penalty, on the ground that he/she operated an Otoba, on the grounds that he/she was operating an Otoba, without wearing a safety cap from the middle long distance from the eporade of the epoch road of Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-do.

B. On July 8, 2015, the Defendant presented a resident registration certificate of B obtained as described in paragraph (1) and had a police officer issue a notice of payment of traffic penalty, on the ground that the Defendant operated an Obacin on the roads of the Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, by failing to wear a safety mother on the roads of the Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Sung-gun.
