1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 80,179,784 and KRW 78,169,65 from December 5, 2017 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the overall purport of the arguments and arguments, Gap evidence 1-1, 2 (application for installment financing and agreement, and evidence Nos. 5 added to the voice of evidence No. 5), Gap evidence Nos. 1-3, and Gap evidence Nos. 2 through 11, it is acknowledged that the defendant entered into an installment financing agreement with the plaintiff for a loan of KRW 127,00,000 from the plaintiff on May 31, 2016 to purchase the medical devices of the hospital it operated by himself/herself with an overdue interest rate of KRW 30,179,784 ( principal, KRW 78,169,655) as of December 4, 2017.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 80,179,784 won and 78,169,655 won, which the Plaintiff seeks from December 5, 2017 to the day of full payment, 25% interest rate per annum under the said installment financing agreement.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
