Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant 2020 Man-Ma2156 came to know about about 13 years before 13 years ago that the Defendant was her husband and wife with the victim B (the 47 years of age). The Defendant was aware of the fact that the victim and his/her dependent were in the vicinity of his/her residence without mutual communication.
1. On January 28, 2020, at around 22:26, the Defendant: (a) found the victim’s residence located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu D to have left his/her dependent; (b) caused the victim to have broken off the lower door of his/her entrance, even though he/she laid off his/her body and opened his/her door.
Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim so that the repair cost would be equivalent to 40,000 won.
2. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place, as described in paragraph (1), laid his hand in a cresh of the shoulder glass, opened a door by removing the correction device, and intrudes into the victim’s residence.

On April 28, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stated on April 11, 2020, around 36, 2020 to enter the house to be inside the residence of the victim B located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu through the open door to the extent that the victim refuses to do so; (b) entered the living room to make a coffee, and divided between his/her father and his/her father, and (c) requested the victim to leave the room at around 12:06 on the same day, he/she refused to take food; (d) there is a defect that the victim would not want to take meals; (e) the victim was required to take a bath at a large scale; and (e) even if he/she received a demand from the victim to leave the kitchen, he/she would not comply with such demand; and (e) make a smoking on the kitchen floor without complying therewith.
