Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 14, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 700,000 won of a fine by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

【Criminal Facts】

On August 11, 2019, at around 02:25, the Defendant driven a e-learning car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.097% from the public parking lot adjacent to the C Hospital Ma in Silung-si B to Silung-si D from around 149 meters to Silung-si.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
