Punishment of the crime

No person shall destroy road appurtenances without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, at around 17:00 on January 10, 2015, the Defendant damaged the appurtenances of the road by breaking 12 meters of the drown Day installed on the line No. 25 line of the general national highways prior to D gas stations operated by the Defendant, which is located in Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongbuk-do-gun on January 10, 2015.

The location map and on-site photograph [the defendant and his defense counsel] (the first design drawing does not contain any content that the Garail is installed in the front of the oil station operated by the defendant (hereinafter "Garail") and the revised design drawing also was submitted. The Garail of this case was established not to have been installed in order to reduce damage to vehicular traffic, but to prevent the entry and exit into neighboring houses and commercial areas adjacent to the road, and the Garail was installed illegally from the beginning, and the Garail was installed in another place adjacent to the above gas station and is expected to be removed by the civil petition file by the defendant's side. In light of the above, there is a case where the Garail was removed in another place adjacent to the gas station and there is a legitimate reason for the defendant to remove the Garail in this case.
