Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From April 30, 201 to April 6, 2012, and from April 9, 2012 to February 20, 2014, the network C received each hospitalization at an E Hospital located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, dong-gu, Seoul, and died on February 20, 2014.
B. On April 30, 201, the Defendant, as C’s children, signed a written agreement of hospitalization (hereinafter “instant agreement of hospitalization”) at the time of hospitalization, and submitted it to the Plaintiff, respectively, to the column of the guardian and guarantor.
C. The instant hospitalization agreement states that “medical expenses and nursing expenses shall be settled on the last day of each month after paying a certain amount, and on December 31, 190. Non-benefits and personal expendable expenses shall be calculated on a monthly basis and paid separately by the last day of each month.” The Defendant selected each part of the insurance, “one million won out of the type of insurance,” “six of the sick and Nursing Service, six of the nursing Service, six of the nursing Service Type, 6:1, and 25,000 won of the nursing Service (one day),” and the Defendant’s name in the depositor column.
