A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who registered a business operator under the name of the victim B (n, 48 years of age) and operated the “C” following the registration.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a knife, which is a dangerous object, and threatened the victim.
