Basic Facts

The Plaintiff is an educational foundation that operates H University located in Gunsan-si G.

Defendant B is the head, logistics, and professor of H University. From March 2014 to February 1, 2015, Defendant C served as the H University visiting professor and served as a sports welfare and assistant professor from March 1, 2015. Defendant D served as the president of H University from May 4, 2011 to July 10, 201, and served as the president of H University, and Defendant F served as the practical music and professor of H University. Defendant F was appointed as the temporary executive director of the Plaintiff from June 201 to January 2014, and was appointed as the president of H University on July 11, 2014.

Since 2012, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, as part of university structure reform policy, designated universities below certain standards such as student recruitment rate as government-funded universities and implemented policies to restrict government financial support and school expense loans, and according to the evaluation criteria, Huniversity was included in government-funded universities in 2012.

Accordingly, from around 2013 to around 2013, Defendant D, the president of H University, Defendant E, and Defendant B, the professor of H University, sought ways to recruit new students of low-income groups with disabilities by means of one room to artificially increase the recruitment rate of students with lower school enrollment at H University. On October 2013, Defendant C, a part-time lecturer at H University, was introduced through I, who was a part-time lecturer at H University, was working for the sports welfare and assistant professor at H University.

After October 2013, Defendant D, C, E, and B hold a meeting of “H University Recruitment of Disabled Persons” at the second floor conference room of H University at H University, and determine to increase the rate of recruitment of disabled students by attracting disabled sports special skills students on the condition that all tuition fees shall be paid from January 2014 to the national scholarship or school scholarship, and then report it to K, the chairperson of the Plaintiff, and the K Institute of K in the operation of K, which is located at Singu, around November 2013.
