A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 order 1107] On July 4, 2015, the Defendant, at around 08:10 on July 4, 2015, stolen construction materials worth KRW 7.5 million in total, including 30,000, total market value of 40,000,000,000 from the victim JJ owned by the Defendant, by carrying them into the Defendant’s cargo.
