When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the master of Incheon reinforced Ship B (2.52 tons).

No person shall enter any military base or installation in which a controlled protection zone, fence, or no-entry label is installed.

Nevertheless, around 07:00 on August 21, 2019, the Defendant went to and depart from the port of the Mando Island of Incheon Strengthening Military Organization, and entered approximately 275 meters from the Civilian Control Line and the Fishing Demarcation Line, which are controlled protection zones under the Protection of Military Bases and Installations Act, around 12:30 on the same day.
