1. As to an accident that D died on March 24, 2012, the Plaintiff is the Defendants according to each insurance contract listed in the separate sheet.
Reasons
Basic Facts
A. The Plaintiff concluded three insurance contracts (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”) with D, the insured D, and the beneficiary’s statutory heir of the death insurance proceeds as follows:

The provisions of the terms and conditions applicable to each insurance contract of this case concerning the accident of this case are as follows.
Article 14 (Compensation for Loss) (1) If the insured has sustained bodily injury due to a sudden and incidental accident during the insurance period (hereinafter referred to as "accident"), the company shall compensate for the loss resulting from the injury in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
§ 15 (Non-Compensation for Loss) ① The Company shall not directly or indirectly inquire into the cause and shall not compensate for any loss arising from the following causes:
1. The intention of the insured;
4. Self-injury by the insured, suicide, attempted suicide, criminal act under the Criminal Act or act of violence (Provided, That if it is recognized as self-defense under the Criminal Act, emergency evacuation, or legitimate act, compensation shall be made for it);
5. An insured's disease;
6. Facts that there is no dispute over an injury (based on recognition) caused by the mental or physical disorder of an insured person, evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (including each number), and the purport of all pleadings;
