All appeals filed by the Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff on the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

Expenses for appeal shall be principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. The grounds for appeal concerning the defendant's principal lawsuit and counterclaim as to the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance. In light of the evidence submitted in the court of first instance, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are justified

Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance.

2. The plaintiff's claim in the principal lawsuit is justified, and the defendant's claim in the counterclaim shall be dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and all appeals relating to the defendant's principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
