Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

However, the two years each from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From May 2017 to May 11, 2017, Defendant A opened 7 rooms in “D” located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu and May 5, 2017, and operated a sexual traffic business establishment, Defendant A received KRW 40,00 to KRW 60,00 from customers and received KRW 40,00 to KRW 60,00 from customers, and Defendant A, a female employee E, obtained profits from more than a total of KRW 720,00 in a manner that stimulates the sexual organ of customers by entering and taking a hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

After proposing "B", the former operator of the above business establishment recommended "B to transfer "B" to "B", and arranged a contract for transfer of F and A's business establishment, received KRW 20 million in the name of the transfer price, and adjusted the transferor F's debts, such as the smuggling rent, thereby allowing A to take over the above business establishment, and made it easy for A to facilitate A's act of arranging sexual traffic by installing a display case in which CCTV inside the above business establishment is used for real-time viewing of CCTV.
