1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B indicated in the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, among the Seo-gu Daejeon 831 square meters, Seo-gu, Daejeon.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Before 1956, E, the Plaintiff, on the ground of 831 square meters in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon (hereinafter “instant land”), transferred the instant old building to F on condition that he would manage the instant temporary graves located adjacent to F, under the condition that he would manage the instant building, a wooden roof one-story house, 34.71 square meters, a wooden roof one-story house, 28.48 square meters, a block structure one-story 25.38 square meters, a wooden slate roof one-story, a wooden slate roof one-story 29.09 square meters (hereinafter “the instant old building”).
B. Around 1956, among the previous buildings of this case, the building register in which F was entered as the owner with respect to 34.71 square meters of wooden slate roof house among the previous buildings of this case, was prepared, and the remaining houses and stables were registered in the above building register around 1970.
C. After that, on February 19, 198, the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the name of F on the same day, and the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of G on the same day, and thereafter, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of Defendant C on March 17, 2010 on the same day as H and I, and the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of Defendant B on the same day on August 8, 2016.

However, at least from October 209, two houses located on the ground of the instant building, instead of the instant building, in two houses located on the instant land (the instant new building consisting of one house of 31 square meters on the ground of the same map as one house of 11, 12, 13, 14, and 11 square meters on the ground of the part of each of 84 square meters on the ground of the instant land connected in order to each of 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8, 9, 10, 100 square meters of the instant land among the instant land, and one new building of 31 square meters on the ground of the instant land connected in order to each of 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 each of the said drawings (hereinafter referred to as each of the instant fences).
