1. The defendant,
A. As to Plaintiff A and B respectively KRW 3,397,500 and KRW 2,00,000 among them, from January 3, 2018, and the remainder 1.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The parties concerned Plaintiff A and B are married couple, and they own 1/2 shares of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan E Apartment (hereinafter “F”) F (hereinafter “instant apartment”). Plaintiff C is the father and wife of the said Plaintiffs, and both Plaintiffs are residing in F.
The defendant is an organization organized pursuant to the Multi-Family Housing Management Act and the management rules of the apartment of this case for the management, etc. of the apartment of this case.
B. From August 20, 2017, the number of water leakages occurred from Fho Lake’s hallways (round 50 to 80cm away from the entrance of the bank), and the said water leakages occurred from the 4th floor of the apartment apartment G to the rooftop via F and H, the rupture of the connecting part on the rooftop side of the public irrigation and drainage pipe connected to the rooftop. (ii) The Plaintiffs demanded remuneration to the living support center in charge of managing the apartment of this case on the day of water leakage, and the living support center reported the above situation to the Defendant on the following day.
Since then, the Living Support Center confirmed that water leakage has occurred through the above drainage facilities through a single-month investigation, such as seeking advice from the I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "I"), which is the contractor of the apartment of this case, according to the direction of the defendant, and requested the I to repair the defects.
3 I made it clear that the repair work cannot be performed as a defect for the first time when the defect repair period has expired, but I, upon the defendant's request for cooperation in performing his/her duties, shall perform the required waterproof construction work and the broadband replacement work, etc., and on November 7, 2017 and the same month.
8. Pipelines replacement works and rooftop waterproof operations were carried out, but leakage continued even thereafter.

Although additional waterproofing construction was carried out on December 2, 2017, the water leakage in F continues to exist, and on February 5, 2018, additional construction was carried out, such as water pipeline construction around piping pipes and pumps around piping pipes, floor waterproof construction, etc.
