A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant is a person who operates a D Gameland in Mapopo City C.

No one shall arrange for exchange or exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2016. 7. 29. 경 피고인 명의로 위 게임 장의 임대차계약을 체결하고, 2016. 8. 8. 경 목포 시청에서 피고인 명의로 위 게임 장의 일반게임제공업자허가를 받고, 그 무렵부터 2016. 8. 23. 경까지 위 게임 장에 ‘ 서유기 전’ 게임 기 60대와 ‘ 씨야 포커’ 게임 기 10대를 설치하고 게임 장을 운영하면서 불상의 손님들 로 하여금 게임 자동 진행장치( 일명 ‘ 똑딱이’ )를 이용하여 위 ‘ 서유기 전’ 과 ‘ 씨야 포커’ 게임을 하게 하고, 위 기간 동안 손님들이 환전을 요구할 경우 획득한 점수를 확인한 후 손님들을 화장실로 데리고 간 후 불을 끄고 10%를 공제한 금원을 현금으로 환전해 주었다.
