A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
1. Around September 27, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc.”) brought the victim into the back seat of D taxi run by the victim C (the male and the age of 56) in the vicinity of the construction distance of 23:50 on September 27, 2014, on the ground that the victim asked the victim “I am am am am am am.’s deep distance,” because the victim was unable to know well of his destination, and “I am am am.’s deep distance, I am am am.’, I am am ice, I am am am.’s back head part of the victim’s back.”
