Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 16:15, driven B Poter on the road located at approximately 15 km away from the street in order to the front of the Seocheon-ri, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Yan-si, Seocheon-si, Busan-do, to the 337.3km away from the street in order to the front of the 15 km road.
