A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2015 Highest 4475" is a person who has worked as a daily worker in D operated by the victim C.

1. Do;

A. On September 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 22:40 on September 7, 2015, 2015, in the office located in Jung-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, where the victim had a cresh between the victim and the victim, who had a cresh in his/her care in his/her care, taken up one copy of the Nonghyup Card (Credit Card No. 6) which was owned by the victim at the victim’s wall where he/she had a cresh in his/her care.

In other words, they stolen them.

On September 7, 2015, at around 22:42, the Defendant: (a) inserted the said Nonghyup Card into an automatic payment machine, which was administered by the “FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF” located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon, and then withdrawn one million won in cash from the Agricultural Cooperative Deposit Account (Account Number: H) in the name of C by entering the password “G” which was previously known; and (b) withdrawn one million won in cash from the said bank by the same method until 2:46 on the same day.

On September 8, 2015, at around 04:16, the Defendant continuously withdrawn one million won and seven million won in total from the automatic payment machine, respectively, managed by the “Seoul Saemaul Treasury” victim located in the Dong-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon, and then stolen a total of 1.7 million won.

2. On September 7, 201, at around 23:01, the Defendant used computers, etc., in a cash automatic payment machine of the National Bank located in the Dong-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, entered the said password in the equipment, and transferred KRW 6 million to the deposit account of the Saemaul Bank in the name of the Defendant in the said Agricultural Cooperatives in the name of C issued by the said Agricultural Cooperatives of the victim Association, which was issued by the said Agricultural Cooperatives.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 669" is the K building in Gwangju-si on December 21, 2015.
