A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2017 Highest 3352" is a person who takes full charge of and lives in gambling places, etc. without a certain occupation, D is a person who operates a casino in Cambodia, and the victim F (n, 33 years old) is one of the Bank Board of D.

1. The Defendant, upon receiving a proposal from the above D to commit frauds against the victim, had the victim gain access to the casino and induce the victim to enter the casino, and had the victim borrow money from the casino to engage in gambling and gambling at the casino, thereby causing the victim to scambling and receiving money from the casino.

On January 2016, the Defendant introduced the victim’s access to a casino located in Gangwon-do as a re-afluence in real estate rental business to himself/herself, and the Defendant stated that “I would like to make up for the damages suffered from the casino if I would like to directly operate the casino in Cambodia and if I would like to request that portion of the casino, I would like to believe I would like to believe I would like to do.”

However, the facts are as follows: (a) Defendant and the above D conspired to attract the victim to lose all gambling funds and to obtain the repayment of gambling debts; and (b) there was no idea that they will with withstanding the casino in fact; and (c) Defendant was planning to avoid the need to complete payment even if chips are borrowed from the above D, so there was no intention or ability to let the victim stay normal black jacks.

On March 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was in the casino operation of Cambodia on March 5, 2016, and was engaged in gambling with himself; (b) had the victim lose all of the cash amounting to KRW 10 million in possession of the victim; (c) the Defendant, instead of the victim, prepared a loan certificate with the said D and used for gambling.
