When the defendant does not pay a fine, 15,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2011, the Defendant: (a) committed a nearby disturbance under the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yeongdeungpo-gu Highest 00:33, and controlled the security guards belonging to the police box B, and did not pay KRW 45,000,000 for the penalty for which the first and second payment period expired.
