The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentence imposed by the court below is too heavy.

2. The judgment is a favorable condition that recognizes and reflects the Defendant’s crime, contingent crimes, the degree of injury suffered by the victim is not much serious, the victim does not want the punishment of the Defendant, and the fact that the victim does not have any previous record in Korea.

However, in light of the risk of the method of crime and the circumstances of the crime, the nature of the crime is bad, and the victim did not receive substantial recovery from damage.

In addition, in full view of all the sentencing conditions shown in the records of this case, including the defendant's age, sex, environment, family relationship, and circumstances before and after the crime, the punishment sentenced by the court below is appropriate.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed on the ground that it is without merit.
